Hi

I am due to do visa extension in the next 3 or 4 weeks and my wife has just change her first name. Will this effect the application, will I need to get new marriage certificate or will the paper work for the name change be sufficient.

It should be notated on the Home Register and that always has to be presented so should not be an issue.
