Work For It Company In Phuket

I have IT Company in USA and now I am in a process of setting up a company in Phuket. I need few people. Please let me know if you interested or know somebody who may be interested. Please send me your best monthly salary you can work for as well as number of hours per week you can do (part time or full time). We may also need somebody in Bangkok as well as we want to target customers there too.

Open positions:

1) 1 Marketing person - responsible for marketing, meeting with clients. In addition to the salary we will offer % based commission for each sale the person makes. Should also be able to do basic accounting, answer calls etc. Must speak good english

2) 2 Programmers - ASP.NET/C#/SQL Server

3) 1 Web Designer - CSS/Adobe Acrobat/HTML
