Also, with the Russians coming to patttaya in greater numbers is there a real estate agency that deals with the Russians only? I would appreciate any opinions and/or advice. East Coast Real Estate Sallmanns Alan Bolton Northern Thai Realty One Stop Real Estate Well established and reputable companies. Most have some, or at least access to, Russian speaking staff.
