Where To Get Samsung Nc10 Netbook In Bangkok?

Hey guys,

I would like to buy a Samsung NC10 Netbook in Bangkok these days. I know from other threads that there were some nice promotions in the past, including a RAM upgrade to 2 GB as well as a external DVD writer and some other small stuff.

Does anybody know if there is a good promotion out there right now?

There are two shops I found in Pantip on third floor (not sure of names) where they had it yesterday for 11,900 without an OS, but for 100 baht they would load windows xp (pirated of course) on it and make sure it was activated. Otherwise they want 13,900 for original XP.

11,900 seems to be a good price to me, but are those shops reliable? I mean, are the netbooks new and are they in their original package?

A friend told me that the NC10 ist around 15,500 at the original Samsung store at Siam Paragon, including a 2 GB RAM upgrade and an external DVD writer. That sounds not to bad to me either.

Samsung just sent out a promotion mail to all distributors today, and one of those promotions is that they ship a free DVD-RW drive with the NC10 series (and other models). So you should be able to get that promotion where ever you buy it, then it just comes down to the price

(The 2GB RAM upgrade promotion only applies to a regular 14" laptop R420 in this new promotion)
