Further to my post yesterday, I've Googled the definition of "Third Party Bank Account" and can find nothing connected with the UK State Pension Office stating that my pension transfer arrangement with Bangkok Bank, London is a third party account that they cannot pay into. How can it be a third party account when all they are doing is receiving my pension and forwarding to my Bangkok Bank account in Thailand? The pension provider say they can continue to pay into the London account, but cannot use the reference number in the BACS field - saying up to me to instruct the bank to forward the funds. Is this crazy or not?
