From my experience sometimes the best way to find a wholesaler is to find someone selling the product and pay them a small finders fee to introduce you to his supplier.

There is a wholesaler in pantip I think on the first floor

Probably stating the obvious - try Pantip Plaza. If you can't find them try a place tha imports the 'Laser' brand. I know they have them here.
