August 11, 200917 yr This is my first posting so first of all----HI.Now,I live in Udon and travel to Nongkhai for my visa requirements[retirement OA] and have been trying to find out if the supposedly new office here is open or opening soon.I have a Thai friend who says he thinks the office is already open for business and he thinks it's in the building where they issue Thai's with their passports.Have any of you guys any info on this please Dougal
August 11, 200917 yr There are reports of new offices being opened in Udon and Khon Kaen. As of yet we have heard nothing about when this will happen. Unless anyone knows different.

As of yet we have heard nothing about when this will happen.Unless anyone knows different. ------------------------------------ Hi, was up in Tha Li for 2 weeks ago (I live in Chaiyaphum) and we were told to call them in one month time and than they will be able to confirm wether or not Khon Kaen is open for us.... which in fact saves us at lot of milage, if so!! August 12, 200917 yr An office in Khon Kaen is under review, the earlist it will be a reality is 1-2 years away. Source comment from two different people from NK office.
