niveknedwob Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 Hi, I bought an HP Voice Messenger phone in April and am now on my 4th one (which I dare not take out of the box) ! On each occasion the keyboard has failed (keys become stuck down). Unfortunately I do not have the option to get another brand/model as a replacement. Whilst I don't believe that there is a basic engineering design flaw with this phone I do feel that it is not suitable for use in Thailand (or anywhere that may require the use of sweaty hands for holding and sweaty thumbs for typing).
