She got PAID good money to help newly wed thai women to get shut of hubby and be able to claim enough to live in uk. Thats when i dumped her,as i found out she was married also. True, but in this case where the marriage has subsisted for just over two years? Obviously he should speak to a solicitor, and not rely on your advice nor mine.
