Put the received annuity on an overseas bankaccount for at least 2 years. 2. Apply for a refund for the Dutch taxes paid on those annuities. 3. From day one : Pay taxes in Thailand. 4. Show prove to the Dutch tax collector, I pay taxes in Thailand. 5. Every year, bring in the 2 year old annuity from the overseas bankaccount. By the way : I still have to check the new tax-treaty between Holland<>Thailand which shoud be ready to sign (within a couple of years from now........ they say).
