What is the meaning of the word 'kong' on this context please

'Kong' is a Thai nickname, so it could be addressing the person? Or, if addressed to you, I believe it may also refer to a big person (as in King Kong) in a teasing manner? (there was a movie recently about a big 'boy' in school called 'Dek Kong')

I called my wife 'Kong' as a joke......... the fat lip says it all............ :)
