Well i have a Maxnet Priemer upto 4 gb.. i've had it well over a year now and wondering if there anything better for me reason i'm askin i've start up again doing Utorrent seems tobe slow as hel_l even doing a few mods to utorrent .. i can only go with maxnet because live so far out near underwater world just of Sukhumvit Rd.. i will also post some shot of net speed what i'm getting at the moment

i don't see any errors in the pics you posted.

for you torrent problem, open and redirect the port, various tutorials are available to do it.
