Where In Bangkok To Get Good Quality Uk Visa Photographs?

Featured Replies

Hi again!

Can anyone recommend a good place in Bangkok to get passport style photos to accompany a UK Family Visit application?? Preferably somewhere where they have some experience, as the requirements are quite specific. We have a 2 month old baby which needs her photo taken too- very difficult!

Somewhere as close to Regents House VFS Centre as possible would be helpful, as we'll be submitting the application after that.

We did try a place in MBK but they photo shopped/touched up the photos despite us telling them not too.

Thanks for your help.

When I put my daughters passport application and my fiance's visa application in last year we used the place right next door to the visa centre. They were ok, but be firm with them about what you want and don't accept a picture you are not happy with from them. My daughter was 6 months old at the time, so fairly difficult to photograph (She also farted on the head of the girl holding her).

Whatever you do though, DO NOT listen to any of their crap about you won't get a visa unless you use us etc. They are an excellent example of a bad visa shop. They tried to convince us we wouldn't get a visa or a passport for my daughter unless we allowed them to organise a 10k baht quickie marriage. They didn't seem too clued up on the latest changes and had out of date forms. Do not use them for anything more than photo's and any translations you may need.
