jerry921
My dictionary defines แอด as n. adv. a creaking sound, a creak But that's wrong for the context I'm seeing it in, which is someone posting their IM handle: แอดมาคุยกันน้ะ So I'm assuming its a borrowed or slang word, but I can't guess it. My dictionary's old so it could be a computer term, too.
