Sin sod was compensation for taking a caretaker away from the family. It happened once, but back in the day people didn't get divorced just because they didn't like their partner. Perhaps they do expect a second go around of the money tree for the same daughter now. IMO it's not culture though- just greed. -

I have 3 boxes, no problems until now which appears to be with the supplier and if the authorities have pulled the plug maybe he's not answering if he's in jail !??! You do have to update your boxes periodically, modern apps won't work on old equipment, old versions of android or only 1/2 GB memory et0 -

I remember this extract from Mark Twains ' Following the Equator ' while he was traveling in Australia : Sir George Grey and Mr. Eyre testify that the natives dug wells fourteen or fifteen feet deep and two feet in diameter at the bore--dug them in the sand--wells that were "quite circular, carried straight down, and the work beautifully executed." Their tools were their hands and feet. How did they throw sand out from such a depth? How could they stoop down and get it, with only two feet of space to stoop in? How did they keep that sand-pipe from caving in on them? I do not know. Still, they did manage those seeming impossibilities. Swallowed the sand, may be.
