Wp3 Form For Non-b?

Featured Replies

I'm about to get my first WP and will leave LOS to get the required initial NON-B visa.

I read in some post reply by Sunbelt that in Singapore you dont need a WP3 reciept to get a non-b visa? I am plannin to go either KL, Penang or KL, but could swing to Singapore for this if i have to.

Does all malaysian embassy and consulates require the WP3 form? Or can i get a non-b without it? (have all other paperwork ofcourse)

Unless you are a teacher you will need the WP3 at any nearby conulsate to get a B visa.

Actually teachers require it too, I needed it when I started at a University in Bangkok

Not any more. It has even been put on the MFA website now. http://www.mfa.go.th/web/2482.php?id=2492

anyone know if you can get multiple entry w/ just the receipt? or do you need to wait for the actual work permit to come thru?

You have to wait until you have the work permit in hand. The only place you can get the multiple entry is KL and you will need at least 9 months validity on your work permit. Penang also if the company has more than 8 million in registered captial.
