wildoates
OK, I thought I read it somewhere on here but can not find it. I have a Retirement visa with a multiple entry, I am getting ready to visit the US for a vacation. I have to extend my stay in December, when I leave and come back will it give me another year then or do I have to do it in December also? thanks
ubonjoe
Do you have a non OA visa or an extension of stay now? If OA you will get another year if it is still valid. If you have an extension of stay (it is not a visa) with a multiple re-entry permit you will have to do your next extension in December.

Lite Beer
Yes. You have to apply for another extension of stay in December or November. Within the final 30 days.
