Crazy questions

Hello!

I have some pretty crazy questions. I am interested in comming to Thailand next fall. However I want to do an internship. I will not be attendeding a university there but I will be recieving university credit from my home university. Would I apply for a student visa or some sort of non-immigrant visa- the question mark isn´t working

I have another question. I am a US resident currently studying in Ecuador and would like to stay here or in Argentina for the summer. Is there any way I can apply for a Thai visa while not in my country of orgin

If not is there any way that I can collect the papers here and make an appiontment with a consulate in the US and recieve my visa then

thanks for your help,

Emilie ???

1. Your home university would be able to issue you a letter as evidence for a Non-Immigrant visa.

2. You can apply for a Thai visa in Quito:

Royal Thai Consulate

Robles 653 y Amazonas, Edificio Proinco Calisto, of 806

Apartado 9400 Sucursal No. 7 Quito

Tel: (005932) 563053, 560937

Telex: (308) 22541 CALMQ ED

Fax: (005932) 560937

3. The Thai Consulate in Quito would be able to assist you, so you don't need to contact a Thai Embassy/Consulate in the US, even if that could be possible.
