Do you mean an Ed visa? What is your nationality? I sincerely hope you are not an English teacher!

A multi entry visa would allow travel but an extension of stay, as most obtain, would require a 1,000 baht re-entry permit for each trip. You must have proof of attendance for each 90 day extension of stay if doing language study type course so it will be up to the school.
