Hello, I'm thinking about moving to Australia,

I heard that the process of getting a visa can be very long and difficult,

I wonder if there an easy way to go through this?

Any kind of help I would appreciate, thanks.

Grow a beard, wrap a towel around your head and jump on a leaky boat..... :)

It is not an overly long process or that difficult if you meet the eligibilty requirements and do it the right way.

But as you have not given any details, a basic answer is the best you can get

Besides the websites given here I would recommend you to try using a agency,

their job is to sort all the process of getting a visa and make immigrating Australia a lot easer for anyone,

they do charge for that but I believe that is better for people who don't want to handle it alone.

I was using this agency called The Australian Institute of Immigration;

they helped me all through the way,

that's their website- www.ausiom.org

try to check them up.

I checked the websites you gave me and also this agency that sound to me like a good idea…

just let someone professional taking care of this for me.

I think I'll go for it.

If you decide that you need to engage an 'agent', then I recommend that you only use the services of an Australian Registered Migration Agent who is not only qualified in Australian Migration Law, but accountable to their clients.

With regards to the Australian Institute of Immigration, who are they? I cant even find a contact address or number on their website. Perhaps the small print on their website may shed some light "Every matter arising from the Site or its Services, including disputes and demands, shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus" :)
