I was wondering if anyone knew what the difference between the yellow and green rows on the USCIS Processing time information page?

It looks to me like it is to highlight when different types of forms or the same form but with a different Classification or Basis for Filing begins.

The color difference is there to contrast the differing application forms. Different visa categories often use the same form (for example: CR-1's and IR-1's both utilize the I-130 petition form).That being said, the visa category and preference category can dramatically change the amount of time one must wait for the petition to be adjudicated.
