Immigration Interview For Thai

I've done a lot of lurking & research which enabled my Thai gf to get a 3 month visitor visa to Aus. Unfortunately I'm not able to travel with her, so what I'm needing to know now is what can I do to ease the immigration interview she will likely get.

The ozvisathai.com mentions a letter that the lady can carry.

Any advise on how to word such a letter & advise about the interview itself would be appreciated.

This is the letter I wrote out for my girlfriend when she flew in by herself, she has flown in 3 times in total, the first time she was quizzed at immigrations & she showed them the letter & had no problems

To whom it may concern, My name is xxxx xxxxxxxx, (nickname xxxx) As English is my second language please speak slowly and clearly and I can understand you. I am here on a 3 month tourist visa. I will be staying at my boyfriends home in Tasmania. His name is xxxxxx xxxxx of 0000 xxxxx Highway xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx Australia. xxxxxxxx is meeting me at the International arrival gate, he is to fly from Hobart on Jetstar flight xx700 arriving at Melbourne Airport T1 at 0900. xxxxxxxxx can be contacted on 040 000 000. We are staying 2 nights in Melbourne then leaving for Hobart on Sunday 20 July with Virgin Blue xx000 I am booked to return to Thailand on the 13th of October with Jetstar xx000.
