hariharimau Posted August 31, 2009 Share Posted August 31, 2009 I am looking for an alternative butchery and shall be grateful if there are any good recommendations for a butchery around town. I was told by a friend that Thai-French Butchery at Sukhumvit Soi 33/1 was a good source for beef. I normally buy beef shins and beef bellies. Most of the time, whenever I go the the Thai-French Butchery, they say they are always out of stock, whether I go in the morning, or in the afternoon. I request to order in advance but am always met with a standard response - they are not sure when supplies will come and they will not take your order. Their attitude is the pits, to say the least. They behave as if you owe them a living and they disdain to speak to you unless you are a regular, and the regulars I see there are normally stallholders and vendors.
