It's quite a large book (a bit taller than the yellow pages - 300 pages). This is the first time I've seen it for sale in BKK. When I left, there were about 5-6 copies at Kinokuniya Bookstore, Paragon, in BKK. I vaguely remember Rikker saying something about it... I have the vaguest recollection of hearing about this before, too, but this is the first I've seen of it. What was the price at Kinokuniya?
