Randy Capilipan Luste and Peter Paul Jr Dia Booroo Balladares, who were wanted by court-issued arrest warrants, were arrested along with Bt100,000 cash and several cellphone top-up cards on the night of August 31 while they were trying to steal again on Yaowarat Road, said Metropolitan Police Area 6 chief Major General Wittaya Rattanawit Tuesday

they certainly were not ''leg shakers'' in spending the loot. 25 days after nicking it they hadnt spent a baht.
