Absolutely. Head to MBK (Ma Boonkrong) - 3rd floor. As soon as you see a vendor selling iphones, wave your one about and ask about battery replacement. I did this to my 1st gen iphone and had the girl on her mobile speaking to people who could do it. Ended up getting a new battery, and a replacement casing. Cost about 4000 baht for the lot.
