I want to buy a laptop, I have around B10-15,000 to spend but the less I spend the better...

I'm happy to buy a used laptop but I'd want to find a shop that has a good reputation, does anybody know of one?

I don't need a special laptop, jsut something that runs fast and isn't too unsightly, any ideas?
