Hope this is right forum to ask this kind of question.

Please advise if a company was delayed to pay their invoice after agreed and singed contract for payment term, but NOT paying penalty fee, is there any legal way to go after ? and what is chance to win this battle, if we take it to a court ?

If the amount in question is substantial, go and find a lawyer!

But remember lawyers are not cheap so you have to decide which way to go.
