Freecycle Chiang Mai - Get Rid Of Your Unwanted Items

Hi All,

Well my other thread seems to have turned into an interesting discussion about Freecycling.

I checked, and there is indeed a Chiang Mai Freecycle board all set up.

I am writing this post to encourage people to sign up to it, and post items that they would like to give away.

I, for one, will be posting some items this afternoon.

Thanks

Phil

Just to update with what I have offered on the Freecycle board (It waits for my post to be approved before its listed - I hope the mod is still looking after it).

ANyway, I have at the moment just off the top of my head:-

(1) WHite TIger book - Man Booker prize winner

(2) Yellow Childs Motorcycle helmet - would fit 4/5/6/7 yr old

(3) Small hamster cage with wheel.

Im in San Sai near the small Tesco Lotus.

What it sounds like to me (just as in his other post, where he was wanting a desk and office chair) that the guy is a first class bludger. :D

Actually, I am also offering stuff I dont need anymore. Its called helping out your fellow man (or woman).

So, by the Urban Dictionary definition:-

"bludger

One who lives off or profits by the work of others while making no contribution. "

I am not a Bludger, but thanks for the insult anyway. :)

Phil,

Freecycle is a great concept and I know it works well in the US. thanks for pointing out that it's available here in CM.

btw, when you get insulted by a curmudgeon, is it really an insult?
