I am scheduled on Jet airways to Mumbai and London on 16th of September. So far most flights have been canceled , today and yesterday, because of the piolots strike. I guess I will have to play this day by day to see where the situation is. Does anyone have any information about this? Or am I letting others know about it with this message?

Looks like both Jet and the pilots (and their new union) are going to stand their ground. Jet are trying the hard line by firing people, this didn't work in the West and is unlikely to work in India, sadly you'll just have to play by ear :)
