I have lost my outlook express with a error message OX800CCC33 has any else had this problem and if so what is the fix??

I would try a Google but in any case OE is no longer supported so it is probably a good time to change. Outlook, Windows Live and Thunderbird seem to be the main players these days if you do not want to use Gmail online service.

A quick Google shows below so probably just a bad circuit and will fix itself.

"ox800ccc33 -- "Access to the account was denied. Verify that user name and password are correct."
