September 11, 200916 yr mediatemple.net is where its at... I have a VPS with them, and have independant monitoring service check once a minute. I have had 100% uptime for the last 4 months.

September 12, 200916 yr Tons of good hosts out there. Is express data even a real host, or just a reseller of someone else's service? To change hosts, sign up with a new hosting company, ftp all your files there, then change the DNS at your registrar to point to the new host.
