We use web hosting services of Express data Phuket,their server is always down,the day before yesterday were all day stop,yesterday come and today stop,without any explaination,without any apologize.

godaddy is cheap and reliable and full of features.

BTW I have had good experiences with jumpline.com for VPS servers and if you go through jump12.com you can get one year free VPS server to see what you think.

mediatemple.net is where its at... I have a VPS with them, and have independant monitoring service check once a minute. I have had 100% uptime for the last 4 months.

3ix.com is very cheap and I have had no problems. $12 for the year for basic service.

To change hosts, sign up with a new hosting company, ftp all your files there, then change the DNS at your registrar to point to the new host.
