In aUGUst this year I will be out Condo hunting probaly my first choice of Pattaya.

Trouble is I dont want expensive condos,does anyone know of any real estate agents or areas either in Bangkok or Pattaya that i can get a room/studio for under

700 000 baht?. Do studios in Pattaya at 300 000 baht still exist?

In Pattaya, you can still get Studios in some of the less sought after Highrises for 400000 - 500000 Bt. You might have to add the cost of refurbishing and furniture. To find them, jst take some time to run through all the Agents, as well as read the two Weeklies's classifieds.

Although most of the prices listed are above 700,000, there are a couple listed. Just contact one or all of the sites, give them your price range and see what they say. Plus, some of the asking prices may be negotiable.
