Its 8 rai for1.3 million baht 162,500 per rai its not too bad, considering its on the main road through the village and its not rice fields,we'll see how much the owners will come down,they may shift a little on the price, hope so anyway. danfred Posted September 14, 2009 Share Posted September 14, 2009 as others have said prices can vary widely (especially with location). we just bought 3 rai at 225,000 baht / rai. it's located directly on one of the main village roads. up until now it has been used for growing rice (though it's not the best for rice as the land is a little high in elevation compared to the land surrounding it). our village borders the ring road surrounding Roi Et so i think land prices are a bit higher due to the proximity to the capital city (less than 1km).
