Hi.

My lease is coming to an end here in View Talay 1 in 6 weeks. I love Jomtien mak mak but i want to give Central Pattaya a try (closer

to the ocean the better) at least for awhile. Previously i lived at PRS Mansion on Soi 17 (south pattaya).

Any recomendations?

Need:

Aircon and 3 baht a unit electricity if possible- i keep it on all the time

Furnished studio (1 bedroom would be better)

~10K / baht a month would be nice but 15k ok

No pool necessary, i'll brave the cesspool errr ocean barring any open wounds :)
