There's low signal for some of the True channels due to the season's weather. It often rains or is cloudy (here in Bangkok) in the evenings during the rainy season. Strange peculiarity here in Thailand.

I lose signal about 10% of time while watching True TV due to rain. How can I get 10% refund on my subscription fee

I live in Ratchaburi and I have no problem picking up the signal for these stations at night.

I mostly get my other channels during bad wheather, it does say weak signal, but I get nothing on the western news channels while the others are working at night.
