Good morning all, I`m having major problems with my ebook, about 4 weeks ago I found that it would not turn off, It was sugested to me that I needed to buy a psp charger and charge it direct as opposed to through the usb through my laptop, I did this , it still wouldn`t turn off, and I resorted to charging it daily ,to do this each day I first slid the on switch and an amber light came on and the on screen message said the book was starting up , at this stage I plugged in the psp charger and the amber light turned red and it charged ok , However , this morning there is an on screen message saying NO BATTERY ! I tried to turn it on and the amber light did not come on ,I pugged in the wall charger and the red light is on but the battery indicator is blank ,and the NO BATTERY message is still on the screen , I`ve had it on charge for two hours now and there is no difference . I was wondering if there is a "computer expert here in Bangkok I can take it to and have it re-formatted ?? I have no idea about this technology and would appreciate any help /advice to resolve this problem , thanks , Mickylonster.

Why don't post on MobileRead.com in the Prs505 forum. They can help you, for sure. But, as a Prs505 owner, I can say doesn't look a good thing :)

Maybe try to reset??
