Mrjlh
Anyone else getting this message when on the Internet? Happens arbitrarily when clinking on links, shortcuts or just hitting the back key. I'm on the wonderful Phuket "TOT" Internet connection @ 3meg. Seems their connection has slowed down considerably lately and now this. In fact here is the complete message: ERROR The requested URL could not be retrieved While trying to retrieve the URL: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/index.php? The following error was encountered: Socket Failure The system returned: (98) Address already in use Squid is unable to create a TCP socket, presumably due to excessive load. Please retry your request. Your cache administrator is root. Mrjlh
I'm getting it for a lot of websites. I just called TOT at "1100". They are submitting a sercive report. I suggest we all call them and complain.
Khun Jack
I gave up calling 1100 a long time ago. First I believed that the connection with ToT squid proxy probably located at Phuket has it self no connection at times but the error shows up so fast after a click in milliseconds. It must be caused by the local ToT internet 'specialists' trying to create the Phuket internet hub.

ggutenberg
Ditto for me. 4mb TOT in Chalong. Gets really annoying when doing web dev. Not to mention the godawful slow speeds as of late.
Kaliman666
Same for me. 4mb in Phuket Town. Happens in a millisecond after clicking a link. I first thought it's my router but I see everyone has the same problem. Only solution now is to call 1100 and to hope they'll fix it quickly.
