Consul Forgot To Take The Sponsor Letter

I applied visa spousal with my son as dependant, at the appointment consul gave me the folders back suppously just with the originals and keeping all copys.

I live 5 hours from the embassy next day I saw the mistake consul forgot the sponsor letters in the folder I called her she told me oh but there are other evidence I said yes but sponsor letter is very important and she told well send it by fax please and I did it.But I am worry I dont think it is the same by fax because is the sign of my husband there .

I sent an email to visa complaint to NY telling iT.

Someone know if they can refuse an application for sponsor letter send by fax pleae help

The consular officer told you not to worry. That is sound advice. Forget it.

what happen is this kind of consul dont know to much because they send it to NY is not the fisrt time they advice wrong.

The consular officer told you not to worry. That is sound advice. Forget it.

if you are especially worried then send the letter by recorded post to the consul, pay extra to ensure you get a tracking number & that there must be a signature. Once you have confirmation of the letter being received then send an email advising them of who signed for it & on what date. That way if there are future problems then you can produce that as evidence. Don't forget to take a copy of the sponsor letter beforehand though.

As all your previous posts have been about an application to the UK, I assume that by 'consul' you actually mean the UK Visa Application Centre. Not sure what you mean by 'I sent an email to visa complaint to NY' and 'because they send it to NY' though. Who, what or where is NY?

Assuming that you are talking about the UK, then if you want to be sure you can fax another copy to the embassy (02 254 9579) quoting your reference number and explaining what happened.

Good I am from Argentina my husband is a british citizen, all application in latinamerica they send to NY ,without interview ,there are an email adress for to complain about visa delays and everything relationated, yesterday sunday I sent a complain telling my son number application ,telling what happened and they answered me today telling:
