Maxnet Again And Again

Featured Replies

We are in Hua Hin.

Although we can adsl at an average of 1, 5 MB during week days, but in the morning only, the rest of the time, the speed drops down drastically especially at night and on week-ends.

Every Monday morning, we have to call Maxnet as the speed gets down to nearly zero.

This morning, for example, the upload (0,36Mb/s) was 2 times faster than the download (0,28Mb/s) !!!

Every Monday, it's the same song: 15 minutes with 2 or 3 employees who ask you the same questions: what is your name, etc...before to hear: "The technician will call you", which never happens of course.

They made us buy a new router, install a new tel. cable from the street, a new 3 Mb/s Premium subscription, but nothing, absolutely nothing is changing...

Any IT technician here who could explain how possibly a bandwidth could change within a few hours in such a way???
