Can anyone recommend a courier service to pick it up and deliver to chiang mai quick?

I don't want to cancel the card , I really need it.

The store called me to say they have it

or are there independent companies like tnt,dhl, fedex that are any good

Hope you get it without incident because not reporting it lost will probably negate any insurance against wrongful use, leaving you vulnerable.

I guess I can call the debit card company and ask them what's best, to be on the safe side.
