Hi Guys,

I'm looking for a condo to rent with 1 year contract. to move in before or at 1st of november 2009

My GF works at Asoke Towers and prefers to travel by MRT. But BTS will do also.

I should have around 40 sq. meters, preferably a seperate bedroom. Must have kitchen and balcony.

Must have internet.

We need walking distance to BTS/MRT. budget is around 10-20K depending on the room.

We have our own matrass, tv and refrigerator.

Anyone who knows something or where to look?

There are 2 balconies - one at the living room and the other at the master bedroom looking down to the swimming pool.
