Hey everyone,

a few moments ago, I receive a call from the receptionist downstairs. I'm in an apartment see, and they all speak no english. The caller just said "Low Pa".

Any idea what that means?

It's kinda freaking me out

was there any words before it? the "pa" at the end could be the shortened version of "rue bplao" (or not). sometimes you'll heard "gin kao bpla?" have you eaten yet or not?

Could it be that the first word was your (or someone else's) name? In this case the question word could make it, "Is that you Low?"

On the other hand the Low could be a Thai (He)llo and Paa if it was a longer vowel could be Aunt.

What about law pa? Are you handsome? :)

since it was early in the morning, how about "non lop bpa?" sleeping or not?
