I stumbled on this development by accident yesterday its down behind the Chicken house, off the Sukhumvit. The shells are all there but it appeared only one unit complete. The beach looked disgusting the sea was muddy brown with debris washing back & forth. & the view of Laem Chabang port was far from idylic. for 50 Million Bhat I would want far more & think you could certainly get a far better location. It's to far away from the facilities.

There was a report that the first owner had recieved the keys in a UK Property magazine. With Awards etc etc. but I did not see how it could be possible unless they are now having customers paying a fortune to live in a building site.

Last month I've seen a photo on the net somewhere. The first 4-5 owners getting their keys and drinking champagne, inside one of their very "High So" apartment.

Was it all staged then?
