Its a small mom and pop restaurant on Soi Welcome, its about 1/2 way down directly across the street from the Friendly Guesthouse (pink sign on the left side of the steet, restaurant on right side), dont have the name of the restaurant.

The food was excellent, i had the chicken basil and sweet and sour moo. My thai girl even commented too it was excellent.

Its cheap too, about 80 baht a serving compared to the 120-150 baht down the street.
