Does anyone know if this is a cable problem or has MICT been up to their usual idiocy?

Don't know, I can see wikipedia fine though.

No problem with accessing wikipedia for me. Don't think it is an MICT issue.

use this web site to run a test. You will know whether its you/provider or server related

Well, right now, I feel like that in general maybe since yesterday evening the Internet pages do not really load properly, or take longer than usual, even now when it is not prime time for happy Internet hours.

What the hel_l is wrong these days with the Internet...

What's your provider?

Based on the meager information provided I am guessing you are a True ISP user.

The remedy to access non-loading websites is to enter the proxy 203.144.144.165 port 8080 (aka, trueinternet.co.th, aka, asianet.co.th)

Alternatively use a webproxy, eg. hidemybox.com

I had trouble with Wikipedia for about a half day. All is well now.
