How Long Does It Take To Get A 60 Day In Kl

Featured Replies

Booking flights from Phuket to KL and want to know if i arrive on a Thursday at 1035 approx. and leave Friday night is that enough time go get a visa sorted. I plan on going straight from the the airport. Is there any cut off point on Thursday were they won't be able to have my visa ready for the following day.

Also anyone know if its ok to leave your bike overnight in Phuket airport?

Cheers

Visa apps are supposed to be handed in by 11.30 am for next day collection. They have been known to accept the odd application up to about 12 noon but thats chancing it a bit.

You would probably have to take a taxi direct from the airport to stand a real chance. The train is fast but you may have to wait 15 mins for one and then you have to hop onto other transport to get to the Embassy.

I go to KL all the time...

You are taking a big chance that You won't make it from the airport on time.

Better to go on Wednesday and plan a Friday return.

Note that passport pickup has been changed to 2:30 pm.

And check the KL Embassy website to check on Malaysian Holidays..

They are closed on both Thai and Malaysian holidays.

Enjoy KL.. I do. Great change from Bangkok.
