I tried wifi and bluetooth, as well as the usb cable but it doesn't work. I downloaded the att program as suggested in the instruction manual and it doesn't work either. How does one do it?

if you are on AIS, just make a connection with no user name and no password on your computer and dial *99#

if u connect via USB, you'll need to have desktop manager running coz that's the only way to trigger the modem
