I have several files that I want to write out to .pdf format.

They are MS Excel files, and are monthly summaries.

Trouble is, if I write them to .pdf today, the date/time stamp on the file will be today.

I'd like to change them to the date/time of the original .xls monthly files.

I am running Windows XP Pro Version 5.1 Service Pack 2.

Are there any built-in tools that will allow me to change these attributes?

Alternatively, are there any freeware apps that I could download that can accomplish this?

Simple - change your system clock to the date/time you want the file timestamped to before you save the file.

You can change the clock by double-clicking over it.
