I am following this thread here: http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/and-Worst-Ai...50#entry3049325

On the list of updated threads, this thread shows up as having new replies but when I go to the thread, I only see the same old posts. This only seems to apply to that particular thread :)

I have cleared cookies and cache, but no joy.

Cheerio,

Hanno

That is because it is a poll. When a member votes it updates the time stamp for the topic even though there was not a reply added. The vote acts as a reply.

Thanks a lot, that makes sense :) I appreciate your taking the time to reply.

Hanno

Yesterday I posted a reply on a poll and viewed my response in the thread. However, when I went back a few hours later I could not find the thread and my reply did not appear under my "Posts" listing in my user profile. It happened about 1 p.m.

What was the name of the topic or what forum was it in?

I forget the name of the topic. It was a poll on whether you owned your house via a company, lease or in the wife's name.

Very old polls that have suddenly popped up in the New Posts lists have been removed as they are outdated. In this case it was generated in 2004.
